Finance Processes, Organization & Systems defines optimal End To End processes, including controls and systems for the Finance Line at ENGIE, and ensures their effective implementation in the live systems. PO&S is also in charge to complete the Finance target operating model, and to develops the Finance talents to become even more effective advisers to the business.

Finance Senior Solution Lead
The Financial Processes, Data and Systems department key objective is to deliver ONE ways of working i.e efficient E2E processes supported by standard solutions (S/Hana ERP + Group applications) with clean Master data and smart reporting. The approach is mainly driven through the Global Enterprise Transformation program for which PDS team is designing the Finance Core Model, working closely with IT teams, but also process experts from our Global Business services (GBS) together with advisory firms.
You will BE in charge of coordinating the delivery of a consistent set of Features or specific non-ERP Solution (from design to acceptance tests, MOA role) related within the Core Model or the roll-out of the Core Model in an Engie entity.
You will interact with Solution Owners wherever they are seated (Corporate, GBS, Global BU CFO & head of controlling, Hub/Region CFO) and when necessary will liaise with the GET Solutions Leads - support them or take the lead on a specific scope.
Main activities
Align solution delivery to the requirements of the Finance line with direct accountability of content and quality of the deliverable (features, documentation)
- Coordinate design to testing activities up to user acceptance
- Challenge the design of processes propose by Stream Lead /process experts
- Liaise with Solution owner (for non-ERP solution) and draw action plan with him/her (see above)
- Make sure technical documentation is delivered
- Directly contribute to some activities such as documentation or testing,
- Coordinate stakeholders (subcontractors and internal resources)
- Contribute to change management & adoption track through adapted communication to users, training, and identification of process changes
Monitor workload
- Participate in the capacity planning both for outsourced services and for internal resources
- Monitor the workload actuals, anticipate overruns and propose scope adjustments if necessary
Monitor planning
- Build initial schedule (phases or sprints) and monitor its execution
- Alert management in the event of deviation, propose corrective actions and/or arbitration to stick to planning
