L’emploi est à pourvoir au sein du Département LNHE (Laboratoire National d’Hydraulique et Environnement) qui met au service du Groupe EDF un pôle de compétences en sciences des milieux aquatiques : hydraulique fluviale et maritime, sciences du vivant. Ce pôle de compétences s'appuie sur des moyens expérimentaux (modèles réduits, laboratoires chimie, microbio, écotox, moyens de mesures en nature) et des outils de modélisation mathématique. Comprendre et décrire les phénomènes hydrauliques, le comportement des écosystèmes, proposer des solutions innovantes au service des enjeux de sûreté, disponibilité et acceptabilité du parc de production sont au cœur des missions de nos équipes.

Composé d’une centaine de personnes (70% de chercheurs), le LNHE est organisé en 5 groupes d'une vingtaine de personnes.

Le groupe « Gestion Hydro-Environnementale des Ouvrages - GHEO » regroupe les compétences en hydroécologie et biodiversité, écotoxicologie, mesures en milieu naturel et en gestion des données hydro environnementales.

Sous la responsabilité du chef de groupe, du responsable fonctionnel de l'Equipe Mesures en Milieu Naturel (EMMN) et des chefs de projets, vos principales missions seront de :

·       Participer à des mesures de terrain (courantologie, hydrobiologie, radioécologie, qualité d'eau), réaliser l'acquisition de données environnementale (métrologie)

·       Aider à la préparation des missions de mesures visant à acquérir des données de terrain (T°, débit, mesures physicochimiques, prélèvements eau, sédiments, radiopistage)

·       Entretenir et maintenir les moyens d'essais de l'équipe

·       Préanalyser et valider les données pour le compte des projets de R&D prescripteurs

De nombreux déplacements sont à prévoir en France (en moyenne 80 à 100j de déplacement par an).

Des formations (BACPN, port du harnais, certificat PC, habilitations mécanique et électrique ...) sont à prévoir les premières années afin d'acquérir les compétences nécessaires aux différentes missions auxquelles l'équipe contribue.

Au sein du Pôle Transformateur et Conversion d'Energie, vous apportez votre expérience et coordonnez l’expertise technique dans le domaine des transformateurs haute tension pour les postes d’évacuation d’énergie des centrales et les ouvrages de transport d’électricité. Vous réalisez des expertises sur les matériels sur les installations d’EDF ou pour des clients tiers en France et à l’étranger. Vous supervisez des travaux et réalisez aussi des audits en usine. Vous définissez les matériels, vous échangez avec les fournisseurs et établissez les doctrines de maintenance. Vous élaborez les bilans de comportement et de performance des matériels et des installations en exploitation. Vos missions principales seront :

Le chargé d’affaire GC / TPT est l’interlocuteur privilégié des titulaires de contrats sur site sur les aspects liés à la réalisation.

- Il contribue à la préparation et à l’anticipation des travaux sur les activités des contrats ou des ouvrages dont il a la responsabilité,

- Il décline le guide de surveillance sur site (rédaction des programmes de surveillance, réalisation de la surveillance programmée et fortuite, Identification des écarts et non conformité), notamment en matière d’exigence de sécurité, de sureté et de qualité,

- Il participe à la surveillance technique de la documentation émis par les Titulaires des contrats,

- Il veille à ce que les exigences contractuelles du contrat des activités du pôle soient remplies,

Au quotidien, vos missions seront les suivantes :

Préparation des essais :

Vous serez chargé(e) d'adapter les procédures d'essais en fonction des besoins spécifiques. Vous réaliserez les analyses de risques liées aux essais sous votre responsabilité et piloterez les actions nécessaires à la maitrise de la dosimétrie. Vous assurerez également la présentation des dossiers au CNPE afin d'obtenir l'accord des différents services concernés.

Réalisation des essais

Vous effectuerez les essais techniques et analyserez les résultats obtenus. En cas d'écart ou de non-conformité, vous serez responsable de la rédaction des documents associés. Vous rédigerez les relevés d'exécution des essais en vue de leur validation par le coordinateur essais.

Suivi des essais réalisés par des Entreprises Partenaires

Vous veillerez au respect des mesures définies dans le plan de prévention ainsi qu'aux règles d'hygiène et de la sécurité en vigueur. Vous superviserez les interventions des Entreprises Partenaires, participerez à l'évaluation de leur prestation et consignerez les retours d'expérience dans les dossiers de réalisation.

Pour vous accompagner, vous bénéficierez dès votre arrivée d’une solide professionnalisation pratique et théorique qui se poursuivra par des formations régulières.

Après formation, ce poste est susceptible de comporter une astreinte: à ce titre, vous devrez intervenir rapidement sur site. Ce poste comporte également, des horaires décalés.

Basé à Tours, le CNEPE (Centre National d’Equipement de Production d’Electricité) est une unité de 2000 collaborateurs environ, chargée de l'Ingénierie des matériels et ouvrages conventionnels des centrales nucléaires (projets neufs, maintenance et modifications, France et International).

Au sein de la Direction Ingénierie Nucléaire (DirIN) d 'EDF, le CNEPE développe des activités d'assistance aux exploitants et de conception d'installations neuves dans les domaines de l’îlot conventionnel et des ouvrages de sites (BOP).

Le service Contrôle-Commande, Instrumentation et Installations Electriques de Surveillance constitué de 150 personnes environ, est un service Etudes dont le pilotage global des activités est assuré par un chef de service et un adjoint de service.

Le service intervient dans le cadre :

• De projets de modifications des centrales nucléaires françaises en exploitation

• Des projets de construction de nouvelles centrales nucléaires en France et à l’International (et notamment au Royaume Uni).

Dans ce contexte, le Service CIS propose un contrat en alternance de 36 mois sur un poste d'Appui Ingénieur(e) Systèmes et Risques.

Vos missions :

L'emploi est à pourvoir au sein du Groupe Ingénierie Référentiel Sécuritaire (IRS). Au sein de ce groupe, l’alternant est rattaché au pôle RCPP (Référentiel de Conception des installations de Protection Physique).

L'alternant Appui Ingénieur(e) Systèmes et Risques est membre d'une équipe d’environ 25 personnes, en charge des études de protection physique des Installations Nucléaires vis à vis des risques d'intrusion et des actes de malveillance.

L'alternant Appui Ingénieur(e) Systèmes et Risques réalise des activités de Développement et de Maintenance d'un Référentiel de Conception ainsi que des études de conformité réglementaire et de démonstration de Sécurité Nucléaire au sein du domaine IES :

Livrables attendus (exemples) :

• Spécifications d’exigences (versionnées), matrices de traçabilité et rapports de qualité des exigences.
• Analyses de risques avec recommandations et exigences associées.
• Matrice de conformité (réglementaire/normative) et plan de preuves.

• Must be able to work as a team in a teamwork-oriented environment.
• Must be safety conscious and at times be able to work independently with little/no supervision.
• Must be able to work closely with local contractors.

Required Certification/Licenses/Training: 

• Valid TX Grade IIA or higher Wastewater Treatment Operator License
• Valid TX Driver’s license and the ability to meet risk management guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. 
• The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, climb stairs, sit. 
• Must have manual dexterity. 
• Ability to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. 
• May occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to distinguish color, close vision and distance vision.
