DESCRIPTION :
We are currently seeking a Product Owner Talent Management & Talent Acquisition, reporting directly to Product Manager to join our team based in Paris/Nanterre., The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for the vision of the assigned product(s) and fully accountable for harnessing technology to drive company's effectiveness and efficiency improvement to the concerned P&C processes and bring the best user experience for our internal customers, T.EN employees, managers as well as the P&C community.
For this specific role the PO will be the partner to wider P&C function and in this context drive the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition modules within Oracle HCM and other related products like TextKernel.
* Owns the assigned product roadmap with the aim of maximizing return on investments (incl budget management together with budget holder, Digital function)
* Defines key objectives and expected measurable business outcomes for the lifecycle of the assigned product(s)
* Works with P&C stakeholders/clients representatives to analyze the business needs and align product roadmap to company and P&C strategic goals
* Acts as an account manager towards P&C function and will advise for optimum P&C Technology solutions based on the roadmap.
* Provide vision and direction to Digital function and potential other stakeholders (incl providers, clients, etc.) related to the Product(s)
* Own the product backlog and prioritize requirements/enhancements/user stories to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with expected business outcomes
* Leads the product release planning and sets the expectations for delivery of defect fixes, new and/or enhanced capabilities (incl regular updates) in close cooperation with Digital function (following the processes around ITIL Incident and Problem Management, Enhancement Management, Campaign Management and Project); For this specific role this means managing the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition modules' lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and seamless user experience for processes like performance reviews, goal setting, succession planning, and candidate sourcing.
* Leads the functional design based on knowledge of end-to-end processes, technology best practices, users experience, technology capabilities/limitations, integration design best practices and dependencies along with integration with other P&C application and/or other business applications.
* Ensures strong focus on Compliance and Data (Privacy) related aspects within the context of the product(s)
* Applies systematic and well-established change management approaches (incl training and communication), knowledge, tools and resources to maximize adoption and minimize business disruptions together with the P&C technology generalists and P&C function
* Drives continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, organization efficiency and cost reduction by analyzing user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities
* Contributes actively to the governance and budget related discussions on product(s) together with Digital function
* Actively assesses the relevant roadmaps of the providers of the product(s) and continues to scan the market for similar product(s) to assess competitiveness and offering level of the product(s)
